I'm Shanette Johnson--a devoted wife, proud mother of four, and bonus mother of five amazing adult children and two teenagers. I'm also a loving grandmother to four grandsons and five bonus grandchildren. My journey has been diverse, encompassing roles as an author, advocate, podcast host, and commercial driver for over 26 years. After the heartbreaking loss of my son, I found healing through writing and co-authored five impactful books. My advocacy work began when I married my husband, Juan, who was wrongfully convicted. I host the podcast " Let's Talk About It," where I share the stories of those affected by wrongful convictions.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a love travel, I'm excited to create KKB Travel Service, leveraging my extensive experience as a commercial driver. I look forward to launching my transportation business in the near future.

Currently, I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in business with a minor in criminal justice, and I'm eager to see where this journey take me.
